Entertainment Start-up is looking for some people with an entrepreneurial edge and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves to take a great idea to the next level. Internet Developer – The best fit  will be well versed in Ruby on Rails (1 and 2) with a strong knowledge of unit and integration testing. A strong communicator with an aptitude to spot potential revenue streams. Willing to grow a team of developers that will be responsible for development work on CWOL.TV as the site and revenue grows.

Media Designer – The best fit for this position will be someone well versed in Adobe media products. Strong Photoshop and Illustrator (or open source equivalent)  skills required and an eye for design is a must. A strong communicator with an aptitude to spot potential revenue streams. Willing to lead of a  growing team of designers that will increase as the site increases.

Web Marketer – The bet fit for this position will be someone who has a strong grasp of search engine optimization, PPC and Online marketing techniques. A power user of Google Analytics is a must. Team Assistant – The best fit for this position will be a detailed oriented self starter who can keep track of day to day schedules, documentation and plans for a dynamic and energetic team of entrepreneurs. A strong communicator with an aptitude for spotting potential revenue streams. Willing to lead and grow a team of assistants as the site grows.
